21 Day Fix Extreme and Insanity Max: 30 Hybrid Workout Calendar

I can't wait to begin this workout regime! As you all know by now, I am currently doing the Ultimate Reset for 21 days. At the end of this cleanse, I am going to gradually get back into my extreme workouts! I miss them so much and it's so much easier for me to stay on track if I have an organized schedule. 

Therefore, I have combined two of my favorite programs, 21 Day Fix Extreme and Insanity Max: 30, to make the most epic workout schedule ever! I am going to be sticking to a very strict nutrition guide as well, and I have available a plant-based food guide for my challengers. It's great for those struggling with eating a healthy vegan lifestyle, or who want to test out the Engine 2 Diet plan :)

I have seen such tremendous progress with my strength from Insanity Max: 30 (hello pushups!), and I love the weight lifting aspect and portion control of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, so I thought these would make the most intense workouts put together. I will definitely be taking a rest day or yoga/pulse day, but I do want to make this is as hardcore as possible. Summer is coming and I plan on rocking my bikini and daisy dukes (for the first time in my life).
