Day 10 of the Ultimate Reset

Day 10 of this cleanse went really well! Today was definitely a better day than yesterday! I think it really has to do with staying busy :)

For Breakfast, I had my delicious fruit plate, and I also had my Chocolate Vegan Shakeology blended with distilled water. 


Lunch was my usual Microgreen Salad with extra spinach and Miso Dressing! I seriously look forward to having this every single day, lol! I will definitely be using this recipe after my cleanse too! :)

I also had the leftover serving of my Roasted Red Pepper Bisque. I was concerned about the taste because of the overpowering ginger last night, but I think putting it in the fridge overnight made it taste better! How? I have no clue, but it was so much easier to consume, lol!

For my snack I had a medium green apple, and then for my low impact workout I was supposed to go for a walk (as my workout calendar says), but I like to do that on weekends. Therefore, I did the next day's workout which is Tai Cheng. This class actually comes with the Ultimate Reset and I was pretty hesitant to do it. I didn't have the foam roller so I missed about 5 of the 18 minutes of it, but it was interesting. I'm not used to this type of stretch class so I can't really give a great review of it.

Dinner was a Quinoa-Lentil Pilaf with a side of broccoli. I combined them and it was delicious! I needed to add some more spices, but I was pretty pleased with how it turned out :)
It was just cooked lentils, quinoa, chopped carrot, red bell pepper, and onion with several spices. 

Tomorrow will be my halfway point in this cleanse and I'm staying strong!
