Day 11 of the Ultimate Reset

I am officially more than halfway done with the Ultimate Reset!! 10 Days left and I'm feeling great!

Detox Week

Breakfast was allll the fruit. I love having this every morning :)

In between breakfast and lunch, I went to Safeway with my boyfriend. I needed more Distilled Water and he wanted to get some groceries for himself. As he loaded up the cart with meat, I wandered around, got my water, and ended up just staring at the Naked juices. How is it that I hardly crave anything, yet I wanted to grab that Green Machine SO badly?! Ok it sounds crazy, but that's where my head is at today, lol! I feel like everything you do that's fun on the weekends involves food and alcohol. I have not been going out because it's just too difficult.

Besides going to the park, I haven't thought of any date ideas. My boyfriend recommended going to a movie tonight and said we could bring popcorn. When I just stared at him with a frown, it hit him that I couldn't have that, lol! I might be exaggerating that there's nothing fun to do without food, but my date nights usually revolve around cooking a cheat meal together, going out for dinner, going to get a beer, having wine and watching a movie, etc! Since I eat dinner pretty late on this cleanse and everything has to be timed, I really don't foresee us going out in the next 10 days. The good news is...we are saving a ton of money by cooking from home and not going out!
If you're currently struggling with this on your cleanse too, I'd love some tips because it can be super tough.

Phase 2 Ultimate Reset

Anyways, lunch today was the same as dinner last night but I could have Avocado too!! It was the Quinoa-Lentil Pilaf and I mixed the avocado in but I should have had the avocado separately to savor it. It seriously makes everything better :) It was difficult to eat this while my boyfriend ate chips and guacamole, but at least I could have me some avocado!!


I was like, beyond stoked for my snack. I've been craving my Chocolate Vegan Shakeology like nobody's business so I had that at the appropriate time and drank it super slowly, and then had a green apple on the side. For my low impact workout of the day, I went for a nice long walk with my boyfriend. It felt great to get out in nature and go to the park, which I definitely need to be doing more! 

Ultimate Reset Phase 2

I wasn't exactly looking forward to dinner tonight, but it was SO good!! This is a hearty Miso Soup with lots of veggies! I loved the green onion in it and the broth was absolutely delicious!!

Ultimate Reset

Alongside my soup, I had broccoli and red bell pepper over quinoa. It was supposed to be swiss chard, but I looked at the substitute list since I didn't have this. I'll definitely be making a trip to Whole Foods tomorrow to finish up Phase 2 of this cleanse strong! It's crazy how many veggies I'm going through but still saving money on organic ingredients...who would've thought?? ;)
