Day 12 of the Ultimate Reset

I'm halfway through the Ultimate Reset! I have not cheated once and I am feeling amazing! I've been doing this cleanse as a full vegan, so in the first phase I did not have any fish or dairy. I'm almost done with Phase 2: Release, and I can't wait to start Phase 3!

I've been grocery shopping about once a week for each phase, and I am only consuming organic veggies and fruits from Whole Foods :)

Vegetarian Meals

My breakfast this morning was, as usual, my fruit plate. I didn't have any melon left so I had more berries. I also had my Chocolate Vegan Shakeology blended with distilled water since I didn't have a big enough serving of fruit.

Clean Eating

Lunch today was my delicious MicroGreen salad with homemade Miso dressing. This has just become my usual lunch and I know I'll be implementing those delicious toasted pumpkin seeds into my diet after this cleanse too! 

Easy Vegan Recipe

Alongside my giant salad, I had the Hearty Vegetable-Miso soup again! I love this soup so much! I will definitely be using this recipe again! It's so simple and actually pretty filling :)


In between lunch and dinner, I took my supplements at the right time, went to Whole Foods to stock up on Phase 3 produce (phase 3 only has fruits and veggies!). I'm pretty excited to see my results from this phase! After Whole Foods I did 21 Day Fix Yoga. This is one of my favorite classes on my workout schedule! It focus on stretches, balance, and of course, sun salutations and basic yoga poses. It's great for beginner yogis!

Vegan recipe

Ok so I'll be honest about dinner: it was supposed to be Roasted Beets, Coconut Collard Greens, and Toasted Millet. I did not even want to venture down that road, so I chose to use some extra quinoa from the other night (I want to eat it anyway since I won't need it in phase 2) and put broccoli, bell pepper, and the rest of the pinto beans on top. It was absolutely delicious, and still within the guidelines since I took another dinner from this phase and measured everything out!

  1. Is the hearty vegetable miso soup recipe in the ultimate reset pack? My pack is set to arrive on Monday! Looks yummy! Excited to get started.
