Day 14 of the Ultimate Reset

I can't believe this is my last day of Phase 2!! I've seen such amazing progress over the past week, and I've learned a lot about my body. By becoming a full vegan this entire cleanse, I've noticed that my body feels SO much better than when I was stuffing my face with white carbs and dairy. By simply ADDING more veggies and fruit into my diet, I feel fuller, with more energy, and I'm never bloated or feel weighted down. I am at my highest potential when it comes to my nutrition, and I've been significantly more productive because of it.

That said, tomorrow I will be giving a more in depth review of Phase 2: Release, but I am super proud of myself for not cheating once, for staying on track, and for going above and beyond with my planning, staying accountable for myself because I'm basically in this alone, and for sticking to a nutrition plan for the first time in my life.

So, starting my day every morning with a gorgeous fruit platter has made me WANT to get up. I get excited every morning because I know I can look forward to breakfast. After I take my morning supplements, I'm so excited in the 30 minute time period that I will prep it all and just wait to go to town, lol!

For lunch, it's difficult for me to eat more than this salad. I was craving my Shakeology, so I had that before I ate my Microgreen salad. My favorite combination is the Miso Dressing with the Toasted Pumpkin seeds. It's salad heaven <3

I want to clarify, in Phases 1 & 2 you can have Vegan Shakeology for a breakfast alternative or snack option. In Phase 3, because it calls for less protein, you can have 1/2 Shakeology serving for breakfast or a snack. Therefore, starting tomorrow I will have to cut down on the serving size (which saddens me but it's only a week!). 


In between my lunch and dinner, I did 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga. This is a SUPER intense class if you're not a yogi, lol! I'm a beginner, but I can already feel my body changing and becoming more pliable. It's pretty amazing what so much yoga can do for your body and mind. I made a Yoga playlist on Spotify that I listen to during it so I can be completely present, and just focus on my breathing and going through the motions. I feel like my organizational skills, time management, and productivity have steadily increased during the past 2 weeks. My anxiety has significantly lessened as well, which is amazing :)

Ultimate Reset Phase 2

I just had to share with you my LAST packet of detox. I'm thrilled that I made it through this phase, and while the detox drink wasn't horrible, I'm pretty excited that I won't have to chug this three times a day, lol!

Vegan Recipe

Moving on to dinner! Tonight's meal was a Roasted Corn and Edamame Succotash. It is basically corn that you bake for 10 minutes (from being frozen), boiled edamame, then stir fried veggies with a little salt and rice vinegar. I highly recommend adding spices (herbal blend), and removing the vinegar entirely.

Again, I doubled the recipe so my boyfriend could have it too, so I might have put just too much in there, but it was too overpowering. If I had added some spice and removed the vinegar, it would be pretty awesome!!

Overall, my last day of Phase 2 was a success! I can't wait to share with you all my progress tomorrow! I've definitely noticed a huge change :)
