Day 16 of the Ultimate Reset

Today was day 2 of Phase 3: Restore! Not much to report today, it's pretty basic this week and I love the meals so far! Yes, the portions are smaller and it's just fruits and veggies, but I still feel full after every meal. It's night time when I start getting hungry, but that's always when I would snack.

No longer! This morning (and every morning--which I so don't mind) I had my fruit plate. Honeydew is definitely one of my favorite fruits now--it's so juicy and goes great with all the berries!!

Lunch was my micro green salad, and since I didn't have a ton of veggies to put it in, I added the avocado on top (same as yesterday and I didn't want it to go bad). Again, stuck to my miso dressing since I had it prepped, and super yummy and filling! :)

For my snack, I had 1/2 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology and then a small green apple. Between my snack and dinner, I did the recovery workout from Insanity Max: 30 called Pulse. It's just 20 minutes but you definitely break a sweat!!

Dinner was supposed to be Curried Cauliflower. It sounds more fancy that it actually is, lol! It's just baked cauliflower, olive oil, and curry powder!

However, I thought I had curry powder and I didn't, so I baked some cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, and a little cayenne and had this instead! It was actually really good AND filling, surprisingly!

Overall, great day today and I lost another pound! I've lost 8 pounds total so far! This is definitely the motivation I need to finish this cleanse strong! :)
