Day 20 of the Ultimate Reset

One.More.Day. I can't believe it's almost over!! It seems like yesterday I was going to Whole Foods with my giant grocery list that is provided for me for each phase. I walked around aimlessly looking for ingredients, when they were actually pretty easy to find! I'll be doing a full review of this cleanse when it's over, but I actually saved money by meal prepping, not going out on the weekends, not spending money on crap food and alcohol, and really just being healthy.

This morning began with my usual fruit. I had to get up early to go to a healthy market nearby to get organic fruit since I was out, and the honeydew wasn't super ripe, but still good!

Lunch was my usual micro green salad with cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, baby heirloom tomatoes, broccoli, and some avocado. I put my miso dressing on top and it was amazing! To see the recipe and portion sizes, check out my Day 19 post! :)

Dinner was the Asian Stir-Fry from the meal plan and I accidentally burned some of the veggies, but it was still delicious! (I kind of like them almost burned anyways, lol!) I just put a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan, cooked some minced garlic (make sure it's not on too high!), added carrots, broccoli, and then the red bell pepper until they looked done. After, I put some sesame oil and liquid aminos on top!

Overall, I am so ready to be on my last day! I have exactly 2 gallons of distilled water left and I plan on downing them tomorrow! I can't wait to share with you all my results--stay tuned! :)
