Day 5 of the Ultimate Reset

Happy Easter everyone!! Today was only tough for me because, well, it's Easter and I'm used to stuffing my face with Cadbury eggs. However, this year I decided to put my health first and not travel home to celebrate. This was a hard decision, but it had to be done. Instead, I made it like any other day and had some awesome meals instead! :)

Breakfast was, again, a beautiful fruit plate. I had strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, papaya, and shredded coconut. I also had my Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with distilled water blended. I think I'm going to make this a staple until I start phase two, where I can only have it as a snack, but only with half a scoop to not intake too much protein. 

Since I went on a walk AND did Insanity Max: 30 Pulse yesterday, I made today my off day from exercise. Instead, I created a hybrid workout calendar that I'll be using when I get off this cleanse! I'm so excited about it and I'll be posting it tomorrow night. Hint: it's very extreme ;) #summerready

healthy lunch

I'm starting to find some meals are just better than others, so I went with the Microgreen salad for lunch today (it also doesn't involve a lot of prep). It's topped with my Miso dressing, toasted pumpkin seeds, cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, and carrots. Another giant salad downed! I couldn't finish EVERYTHING, but got pretty close!

Lunch also called for a raw vegetable plate with a heaping scoop of hummus. Like, an insane amount. After I ate the salad, it was hard to even eat the veggies alone! I cut the recipe in half, but this is close to a 1/2 cup hummus! There was no way I could eat all that. 

I ate as much as I could, continued with my supplements and distilled water, took my alkalinize, had a green apple and raw almonds for a snack, and got super excited for dinner...because the stir fry was on the plan again!!

What better way to celebrate Easter than downing some Miso soup and delicious veggies over brown rice?? Well, I can think of many ways but this totally made my day! I stocked up on more Distilled Water, and I'm pumped for the end of phase 1! My motivation is so strong right now so I hope it stays that way, lol! Happy Easter everyone :)
