Day 8 of the Ultimate Reset

Today was my first day of Phase 2 of the Ultimate Reset: Release

The only main difference in this phase is that you're adding in another supplement called Detox. It's a powder you mix with water and drink 3 times a day. If you've done the 3 Day Refresh, it kind of tastes like the fiber sweep, but with a little more lemon and sort of like tea. The detox powder has so "many of the planet's most amazing natural healing agents." It basically helps remove toxins and waste by cleansing, restoring, and resetting your intestinal ecosystem. 

The food in this phase is now fully vegetarian if you weren't already doing that, and excludes dairy, meat, eggs, and any animal products. It is more focused on vegetables, fruit, and whole-grains--yum!

Every morning for this week I will be having a beautiful fruit plate. Now this is how you taste the rainbow ;)

I was SO excited about lunch because I could have avocado! I must say, this was my favorite salad yet! It's 3 cups of mixed greens with some spinach, 1/2 carrot, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1/4 delicious avocado, toasted pumpkin seeds, 1/4 chopped broccoli (which I cut really small so you can't really taste it) and miso dressing! The avocado really made the entire meal :)

In between lunch and my snack, I did the Turbo Fire Stretch 40 class on Beachbody on Demand. I forgot how much I love this class! I feel like I'm getting so flexible already and I'm really enjoying all the low impact, yoga-inspired classes via Beachbody on Demand--so convenient!


For my snack right after my stretch class, I had Shakeology blended with distilled water. This was a great way to re-energize and prep for dinner!

Dinner was super easy to make! I already had my prepped brown rice so I had that with Pinto Beans on top (olive oil and spices mixed with them) and a side of steamed zucchini. This was super simple, yet filling and delicious! :) Day 1 of Phase 2 was a success!
