Day 2 of the Ultimate Reset

Day 2 of the Ultimate Reset was a success!!

For Breakfast, instead of the oatmeal option, you can have vegan Shakeology. So, I had my chocolate vegan Shakeology with 1 cup distilled water and 1 cup of frozen strawberries. This always fills me up and I was ready to take on the day! Before this, of course I had my mineralize and optimize supplements.

Lunch was super filling! I had a Greek Salad with 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped, 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and cut lengthwise (it was supposed to be one whole medium cucumber but it was just way too much!), 1 tomato, with homemade Greek Dressing (olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, oregano, crushed garlic, dijon mustard, himalayan salt). I had a baked sweet potato with this and one tsp olive oil. WOW, so delicious and filling!!

I'm still pretty shocked at how much food you can eat, and as a vegan, it's not that hard for me.

I took my supplements and drank my distilled water throughout the day, and I actually had the snack today. It was 1 medium green apple and 15 raw almonds. After my next round of supplements, I did PiYo: Define Upper, which was much harder for me than normal. I think the workouts are more difficult than anything else at this time.

OMG DINNER though! :D

ultimate reset meals

I'm a (recovering) carbaholic, so I was blown away at how much food we can eat!! This is the Southwestern Veggie Taco <3 You can have mashed avocado/guacamole, 2 tbsp salsa on the side, and the recipe for the black beans, brown rice, and corn is SO good!! This is not even the entire meal, I had way more filling left that I could eat for a serving, but I didn't finish it all, and I'm still full almost 2 hours later--but a good full, not overly full :)

Today was a great success! I already feel lighter, and my energy isn't down at all. On cleanses, it's always the second and third days that are the hardest, but so far so good! Tomorrow is the dreaded day 3 we'll see! I will keep you all posted :)
