How to be positive

Could you go 1 day, just 24 hours...without a negative thought? 

If your immediate reaction was no, why is that? 

Daily Workout

Here's my challenge for you: wake up tomorrow and smile. Stretch, be grateful for the fact that you're breathing, safe, and alive, and when you feel the urge to hit snooze, think about what you're grateful for.   

Love Yourself

If a negative thought creeps into your head, or someone cuts you off on the road, reel it in, and change it into a positive.  

Yes, this might be hard at first. Yes, we are human and stuff happens. But I promise you that you can make your day better by simply having the mindset of "I'm going to make today amazing."

Seriously, try it.
