Have you ever heard the quote, "Whether you believe you can or you can't, you are right?"
That's because you are what YOU say you are. 

For real though. You are made up of what you constantly do, think, say, and act.
You are in control of what goes into your mind. Take out the tv, replace it with a motivational podcast, or a personal growth book. 
Instead of the radio, listen to an audio book on your mindset. 
Say affirmations every single morning after doing a 3 min guided meditation.

Shut off the depressing news--turn on the positive vibes.
