Ultimate Reset as a Vegan: Phase 3


I made it to the final phase of the Ultimate Reset, Phase 3: Restore!
In this phase, grains and legumes are eliminated to focus on a solely fruit and veggie-based diet! Yes, this is definitely the toughest week by far. Here is the supplement schedule I will be following:


A new supplement gets introduced called "Revitalize." This supplement combines "both pro- and prebiotics, helping your body maintain the right environment for healthy intestinal fora and providing them with the nutrition they need to grow."

I'm so happy to be done with the Detox packet, even though it's really not bad. I mainly didn't like taking it 3 times a day, meaning even MORE water to be consumed!


Here are my Phase 3 Meals! I do not like wasting food, so I might repeat the same dinners or lunches some days. I'm excited to try the curried cauliflower again, and I absolutely LOVE baked sweet potatoes! Tip: Instead of baking the entire potato, chop it up, use the amount of olive oil and salt it calls for, mix them together, and then bake for the same amount of time. Ta da! Sweet potato fries mixed with your veggies ;)

Phase 3 usually is the most transformative because it really comes down to willpower! I can't wait to see how much I grow with my mindset! All the ladies doing this with me are seeing excellent results and I can't wait to share them!

Ultimate Reset as a Vegan: Phase 2


We made it! All of us ladies are doing the Ultimate Reset TOGETHER. We are one week into it, and now moving on to PHASE 2--Release Week!

This week focuses on eliminating all animal products. It is more focused on vegetables, fruit, and whole-grains. 



A new supplement called "Detox" is introduced to consume three times a day before meals. It is mixed with water, and some of the ingredients include: chia seeds, milk thistle, turmeric, garlic, aloe vera, and camu-camu. These are just a few, and all assist with healthy digestion.


Here is every single meal I will be eating during Phase 2 (excluding snacks). This may range, I may switch out some of the lunches if I get bored (and I do easily with salad), and a lot of the dinners are taken from Reset in a Crunch. This is a guide of quicker meals to make that are also easier to find the ingredients for. I've done this cleanse a few times, so I know what I like, and I'd rather stick to foods I know I'm going to eat and not waste!

Ultimate Reset as a Vegan: Phase 1


If you've been following my blog for a while, you know I've done this cleanse two times already! I've lost a combined total of 21 pounds, sooo many inches, and a year ago it is what helped me transition into veganism <3

Since I just had my 1 year vegeversary on January 1st, I thought it'd be a great time to revisit this cleanse, start the year with an ultimate RESET ;) and feel amazing in 21 days of plant-based goodness!

During these few weeks, my team and I will be offering each other support in the form of a book club, live videos, deep convos, and journey through these 3 weeks together. Having my team on board, doing yoga together, and committing as a group is such a bonding experience, and I'm so PROUD of their dedication!!

During this cleanse, it is SO important to keep a strict supplement schedule. For me, I'll be setting timers on my phone so I know EXACTLY when to take my supplements in between meals, with how much water, etc.

In the morning, I'll be doing the 3 Week Yoga Retreat, where each yoga class is just 30 minutes--perfect for the time between my optimize and breakfast.



I've done this program before, and I absolutely LOVE how it progresses. It is for beginners, yogis, anyone who wants to get flexible, or be more present! To me, yoga is not just an incredible exercise, but a mind/body/soul transformation in a class. I will be practicing meditation prior to doing my yoga, along with reading the book called The Universe Has Your Back, by Gabrielle Bernstein.



Three weeks of yoga, meditation, plant-based nutrition (as always), and a body/soul transformation with my team! :)


This is my layout of what I'll be eating for every meal in Week 1! <3
*Note: this is the vegan version, some of these were taken from Reset in a Crunch (which you don't want to do all the time), and some foods I will be omitting later on in the cleanse because I now know after doing this 2 times what I like/don't. If you are doing this for the first time, definitely TRY foods you haven't had before! Your taste buds are going to go through quite a change, so try everything in the nutrition guide!
Tip: If you're not a fan of tempeh (it's pretty hard for me to get down), get the smoked one that is basically like fake bacon--it's so much thinner, easier to cook, and tastes great when you mix it with brown rice/avocado/whatever is on the menu for that meal! :)
When you go to your Whole Foods or your organic market, make sure to get fruit that is seasonal. No bananas--stick to melons, berries, and mango/papaya if it's fresh!
